Mighty Maid Customer-Service Consent & Caller Script
Effective October 15, 2026
Consent program for +1 866 679 6243. Mighty Maid is a cleaning-services platform at www.mightymaid.com. The intended AI assistant answers inbound calls and makes separately opted-in outbound calls for scheduling and account-related service. Texts are limited to information the customer requests; this is not a marketing or cold-outreach program.

These screenshots show the booking verification form with all choices initially unselected, not a customer consent record. Expand Details on the form to read the disclosures.

Website booking verification consent
Get an instant estimate at www.mightymaid.com/estimate and choose to book a cleaning. On the Secure your booking screen, enter your email or mobile number to receive a one-time code. Select the Terms & Privacy card to agree to the Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Requested service texts and AI service calls appear here as separate optional clickable cards, both unselected by default. Selected cards are highlighted and show a check icon. Click again to deselect. Expand Details to read policy links, full SMS/AI disclosures, and login-code delivery terms without selecting a permission. Neither optional permission is required to book or purchase services. A new customer's account is created when the booking code is verified; this is not a standalone signup screen.
After authenticating, optional permissions can be saved only for the account's verified primary mobile number. An account without one can request a separate mobile-verification code or continue without new optional permissions. Policy acceptance alone and requesting a login code do not grant either communication permission.
The account stores separate SMS and AI-call choices, destination, source, version, and timestamp. Unselected permissions during sign-in leave previously saved choices unchanged. Use Profile & Security to view or withdraw permissions. Saving a preference does not itself send a message, place a call, authorize a different destination, or remove a STOP block.
Inbound greeting and request
Required customer-service greeting: Thank you for calling Mighty Maid. I am an automated AI assistant. How can I help you?
No outbound communication permission is inferred from an inbound call. If a caller requests an estimate, scheduling details, invoice information, or account information by text, ask for an SMS-capable mobile number and repeat it for confirmation. Do not assume caller ID is the delivery destination or proof of account ownership. Authenticate access to private account information separately.
Verbal SMS consent script
May Mighty Maid send one customer-service text with the [estimate, scheduling, invoice, or account information] you requested to [repeat the confirmed mobile number]? We will send only that requested information; each additional text requires a new request, so message frequency depends on your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can use our website or request email instead. Our Terms of Use are at www.mightymaid.com/terms and Privacy Policy at www.mightymaid.com/privacy. Do you agree?
Replace the bracketed portions with the actual requested purpose and confirmed number. Read the full disclosure before asking for a yes or no. A clear affirmative answer authorizes only that requested text. A refusal, silence, ambiguous answer, or email request is not SMS permission. Never send a text merely to obtain SMS permission.
The live implementation must durably record the call reference, destination, specific request, exact disclosure/version, affirmative or declined result, method, and time before a requested-message delivery can proceed. Recording a consent event is not proof of message delivery. This script does not claim an audio recording is retained. Re-check consent and opt-outs at send time, enforce one message per request, and do not retry an uncertain delivery automatically.
Separate outbound AI-call permission
SMS permission and an inbound call never authorize an outbound automated AI call. To request future scheduling or account-related AI calls, use the separate website permission linked to the account's verified mobile number.
If implementing verbal outbound-call permission later, ask separately: May Mighty Maid call your confirmed mobile number using an automated AI voice for scheduling and account-related customer service? This is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and does not authorize marketing. You may withdraw permission in Profile & Security or through Support. Do you agree? A verbal statement must not enable calls until the corresponding durable consent and revocation controls are implemented.

Mighty Maid: Only continue if you initiated the current phone call. Verify with your existing passkey: [your private verification link]. Never share this link. Ignore unexpected requests. Reply STOP to opt out.
Brackets describe recipient-specific values, not working links or promises that a feature is live. Do not put sensitive invoice or account details into an unauthenticated text.
STOP, HELP, privacy, and support
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Support: www.mightymaid.com/support or 800-571-2956. Optional website permissions can be withdrawn in Profile & Security. A saved website permission never removes a provider STOP block; START alone does not grant application permission.
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Communications service providers may process them solely to deliver and secure requested services on our behalf.
Implementation status and launch gate
The website consent screens save account-scoped permissions; they do not activate customer-service calls or messages. The number currently hosts an isolated integration/passkey pilot, not the complete booking or account assistant.
The verbal scripts above are the required customer-service workflow for provider review and implementation. General inbound verbal-consent collection, one-request customer-service delivery, current opt-out enforcement, and outbound customer-service calling must be wired and tested before those functions go live. No approval application should represent these unfinished functions as already operating. Provider approval alone does not pass these launch gates.
